Why this keeps happening
- 01Ordering starts on someone else’s marketplace.
- 02Your regulars have no direct ordering habit.
- 03Acquisition fees keep applying to customers who already know you.

Questions about this approach
Which direct ordering channels can I add?
The Online Ordering add-on includes Click & Collect, Order to Table, Delivery and Counter Pickup. Confirm the channels supported by your POS edition and configuration.
Does direct ordering make every cost disappear?
No. The published Online Ordering subscription is ÂŁ75 per location per month. Payment processing, delivery fulfillment and any other commercial charges must be confirmed separately.
Do I have to stop using my aggregator channels?
No. A direct channel gives existing customers another way to order from you. Plan how your menus, availability and team workflows will operate across the channels you keep.
