How does the customer know their meal is ready to collect if they have opted out of marketing?

When ordering, customers are alerted to look out for a notification email in their inbox. The email will go to the address the customer used when registering or checking out as a guest. (There’s no issue emailing them to say their order is complete as this is not a marketing message.)

Can I message customers that their order is ready via SMS instead?

Yes. You can opt to inform customers via SMS instead, for a small additional fee.

Can I change the copy in the email?
