Which POS systems do you support?
5Loyalty integrates with Square, Lightspeed, Access and 3S POS. Deliverect provides a supported route for customer-facing ordering. Exact features depend on your POS edition and configuration.
What if my POS isn’t supported?
Couldn’t find your system in our POS checker? Please still reach out. We’re always expanding our integrations and would love to have an informal chat to see what’s possible for your business.
How long does setup take?
Setup time varies based on your POS and chosen features. Web-hosted experiences can be live in just a week, and custom app experiences take 4–6 weeks. Following a review of your operations, we’ll agree a tailored rollout schedule.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Your customer experience can be web-hosted, so customers can use it in their browser. Mobile Wallet supports Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and a native branded app is available as an add-on.
How does redemption work at the till?
Customers identify themselves using the agreed loyalty workflow, and staff select an eligible reward through the supported POS. Ask to see the exact process for your till edition in your demo.
What does it cost for multiple sites?
Getting started includes a one-off ÂŁ240 Core setup fee. Loyalty Starter begins at ÂŁ75 per month per location and Loyalty Plus at ÂŁ150. See our pricing page for published prices and a location-based estimate. Tailored Enterprise plans for 10 or more locations are available on request.
